Our client is a rapidly growing construction and services company. As a Project Manager, you are responsible to ensure that project meets the agreed catering contractual obligation. In order to do so, he/she needs to have the ability to mobilize a large team and the ability to plan ahead, therefore candidate with high leadership and communication skill is highly preferred.

Description

• Ensuring the day-to-day routines within the catering and food services provided under the terms of the contract are managed to the satisfaction of the client standard.
• Continually monitor the standard of operations and ensure that contractual obligations are met.
• Administer all documentation for catering facilities, food safety (ie: HACCP) work instructions and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all catering policies and procedures, including adherence to all client’s health and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Menu planning and ordering food provisions, cleaning materials within the allocated budget.
• Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored in compliance with the company’s procedures.
• Have a deep understanding of food cost calculation and budgeting.

Profile

• Have a Diploma IV (D4) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Food Production, Accounting, Management from a reputable Hotel Institute/ University / Institute.
• Have at least 7 years of experience as a catering project manager at a remote/offshore location
• Having experience in mobilizing and demobilizing contract with large manpower count is a must
• Advance skill in logistics planning, managing production and hotel/camp management.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
