Determine the nature and scope of the project, identify project needs and find out the achievement of the company’s project targets
Design project management plans, complete tasks according to the required schedule, time and resources
Setting the project schedule
Contributes directly to the overall project objectives
Collaborate with other departments to establish time solidarity so that the project runs according to the agreed timeline
Identify potential problems in the project and discuss with the project management supervisor to get a solution
Documenting processes and generating weekly report
Track company project progress
Close company projects and analyze project progress evaluations together with the project head and project management supervisor
Carry out other tasks in accordance with the scope given by the direct supervisor or project management supervisor

Requirements

Min Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering
Min. 1 year experience in pharmaceutical company are preferable
Fluent in English (Both written and verbal), Mandarin is preferable
Excellent skills in prioritizing, organization, time management, and detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
Have a strong sense of integrity and ethics
Able to work independently (self-motivated) and within a complex team environment
Willing to work with overtime if needed
Willing to be stationed in East Jakarta
