We are currently looking for an experienced Project Management Officer

who is accountable to work with the GM and Leadership Team on developing country level strategy in alignment with overall GSK and Emerging Market direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting strategic, executional and financial targets for the region in alignment with GM.
• Tracking performance, identifying and managing opportunities, risks and issues across markets and at country level
• Managing and facilitating Country LT meetings, CommCells, Monthly Performance Reviews etc.
• Driving key global change management and business optimization initiatives in country.
• Providing structure and process to the Leadership team ways of working through annual calendars, regular communications, action tracking and follow up.
• Supporting markets in execution through regular market visits and defining clear action plans.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

• Minimum education background as Bachelor Degree.
• Proven experiences in Marketing or Product Management.
• Financial acumen needed in managing overall performance through MPR meetings and market visits.
• Project management and strategic planning skills in a matrix organization needed to drive country level delivery and manage risks and issues
• Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills
