A crucial role in overseeing and managing various marine-related projects Your Role
This project involves extensive terminal operations for vessel assurance and berthing, project cargo vessel and barge operations, vessel positioning assurance, marine emergency preparedness, and oil spill control management. Your Responsibilities

• Terminal Operations: Oversee and manage terminal operations for vessel assurance and berthing, ensuring efficient and safe handling of vessels.
• Project Cargo Vessel and Barge Operations: Supervise project cargo vessel and barge operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient logistics.
• Vessel Positioning Assurance: Ensure accurate vessel positioning with strong knowledge of mooring guidelines for maritime safety.
• Marine Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement marine emergency preparedness plans, including oil spill control management.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with STCW, ISM, and other marine regulations.
• Client Facing Experience: Act as the primary marine contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring compliance with their requirements.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marine engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field. Holder of Class 1 Master Certificate of Competence (Unlimited).
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in marine operations within the oil and gas industry. Project Operation and construction work experience in an LNG Terminal is an added advantage.
• Preferred Certifications: Highly recognized; OPITO BOSIET Certification.
  · K3 MIGAS Certification issued by PPSDM MIGAS at the Supervisor Level.
• Strong knowledge of STCW, ISM, Vessel vetting and marine regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and address marine concerns.
• Expertise in marine emergency preparedness and oil spill control management.
• Proficiency in vessel positioning assurance with strong knowledge of mooring guidelines for maritime safety.
• In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, industry best practices, and relevant international standards pertaining to marine safety, environmental protection, and cargo operations.
• Language: Proficiency in English and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage
• Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
