Project Development Manager (PDM)

The Project Development Manager will collaborate with all Managers within the Foundation, communicating with potential Sponsors and stakeholders in locations planned as new projects, so that the main task of the Project Development Manager is to successfully prepare a new project proposal that is accepted by Sponsor and accepted by stakeholders who will be involved

Specific Responsibility :

1. Manage and preparing to find new project into Organization
2. Preparing new projects are Sponsored Tree Planting Project with program development within it, both Carbon and Non-Carbon Projects, CSR Project Sponsor, T4T Stock Tree Planting.
3. Prepared a work plan and budget for new projects proposals
4. Organizing the preparation of new project proposals
5. Organizing work teams in surveys, mapping, scooping visits and stakeholder engagement
6. Communicate with potential sponsors
7. Communicate with Stakeholders regarding new projects
8. Report the progress of project proposal development periodically
9. Collaborate with all Managers to ensure new project are accepted by Sponsor

• Mediate between teams and stakeholders

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree or higher education
• 5 years experience in project proposal for Sponsor
• Perfect English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written
• Skilled use of office machines and software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

Experiences :

• Experience working in NGO project
• Experiences with forestry and tree planting programs
• Experience with event planning and management
• An understanding of the components needed to develop a forestry project proposal
• Experience with nature-based carbon credit/offset project
• Have experience in social forestry or community forestry

Working Condition :

• Working in an office environment with computers and communication tools
• New project locations potentially across Indonesia
• Working hours as required to fulfill the job responsibilities
