Job Title: Project & Design Specialist – Bali

Job Type: Full Time

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Bali

Reports To: Head of Project & Design

Responsibilities

• Consulting about budget construction and assisting in the search for contractor vendors
• Provide direction to the construction team, and distribute tasks to each sub-contractor
• Perform supervision, decision-making, and field coordination between Cove and sub-contractors
• Preparation of weekly reports regarding property construction progress, budget, and constraints on site
• Revise designs related to adjustments to design constraints on site

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field
• Strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
• Good basic knowledge in low-rise / middle-rise building operational work flow & system
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to demonstrates a high level of teamwork
• Able to manage and prioritize time and be committed to meeting deadlines for assigned tasks and deliverables
• Willing to work on weekends if required
