We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Project Delivery Assistant . This role is pivotal in supporting the implementation, delivery, and ongoing operation of our digital transformation and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) projects in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be a key player in ensuring our projects are delivered successfully, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Project Implementation & Delivery: Take ownership of the implementation and delivery of digital transformation projects. Develop detailed delivery plans, execute them effectively, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality benchmarks.

• Project Operations & Maintenance: Manage the operational and maintenance aspects of deployed projects. This includes conducting inspections, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring the continuous health and performance of products and equipment.

• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Develop contingency plans, monitor problem resolution, and provide continuous feedback to mitigate project disruptions.

• Stakeholder Communication & Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal and external project stakeholders. Prepare meeting materials, organize sessions, and document minutes and action items.

• Project Management Support: Assist in core project management activities, including monitoring project scope, cost, timeline, quality, and risks.

• Solution Design Support: Support customer requirement analysis and solution design. Contribute by documenting best practices from implementation and operation to enhance future project delivery and identify new business opportunities.

• General Project Support: Handle day-to-day project management and operational tasks, including knowledge documentation, document management, process follow-up, and cross-departmental coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

• Must be professionally fluent in English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).

• Required industry experience or background in IoT, Electrical Automation, or Industrial Sensors.

• Preferred experience in Hydropower or Forestry Digitalization sectors.

• Preferred experience in equipment maintenance and management, with familiarity of common industrial communication protocols such as RS485, Ethernet, Lora, Modbus, and CANbus.

• Solid understanding of common IoT communication technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Satellite).

• Proven hands-on experience with both hardware and software products across various stages, including design/development, installation/deployment, and operation/maintenance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in managing communications with cross-border suppliers is highly desirable.

• Required strong problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience in handling and resolving on-site incidents.
