Job Specification:
– S1/Bachelor’s in Management, Marketing, or other relevant major.
– Min 3 years in Project Management. Preferably in offline and online project management/event organizer/ marketing agency is a plus point.
– Have experience with FMCG projects.
– Good knowledge/understanding of the healthcare system/consumer journey, and commercial activities.
– Practical experience managing operational excellence, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
– Strong vendor management skills from ideation to implementation management.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Exercises good judgment and makes decisions.
– Have critical thinking and leadership skill.
– Able to work multitasking independently and also team work with cross-department.
– Strong time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
– Excellent skill in Microsoft office.
– Excellent in English both written and spoken.
– Excellent in operating Microsoft Excel for budgeting forecasts, processing the data, and creating reports based on the data result.
– Able to work under deadlines and targets.
– Willing to work during the weekend or out of office hours (if needed) to execute the projects which run during the weekend (will be given a substitute slot).
Job Description:
– Work plan management support; keeping track of plans, budget, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies.
– Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
– Cooperate with each related clients or stakeholder.
– Easy to communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency.
– Create project schedules or timeline that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management.
– Cooperate with legal or administration staff to issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
– Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
– Monitoring the project progress and handle any issues that arise.
– Tracking project timeline running as planned and all stage and KPI hit the target.
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports internally and or for clients.
– Keep all members of the team up-to-date with current information and paperwork.
