Planet Partnerships, LLC is an international economic and environmental development boutique dedicated to advising governments, International Financial Institutions (IFIs), and private investors to identify, structure, finance, and implement innovative development solutions worldwide. Planet Partnerships seeks a Project Coordinator to support the recruitment of consultants for existing and potential new international development projects for clients in urban infrastructure development and sustainable investment in the ‘Green’ and ‘Blue’ economy. This position will help the firm continue to grow our role and brand as a leading source of advice to governments, financial institutions, and investors on partnership approaches to economic development. The role will be performed from our Sanur office, working with our international projects and teams in Asia Pacific, Africa, and the United States. 

Responsibilities

Planet Partnerships is seeking a committed individual and an engaged team player with outstanding communication skills and passion for economic development and sustainability issues. The individual must also have proven recruitment experience including the ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, implement strategies, and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines and with minimal supervision. The individual will be given exciting opportunities for growth in the other areas of the business. Primary responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

· Support the recruitment of consultants for existing and potential new international development projects worldwide;

· Work with proposal and business development teams to develop recruiting plans for upcoming bids and proposals;

· Actively sourcing and matching suitable candidates to the open positions available by utilizing a variety of professional talent acquisition portals, in-house talent pools, and social media platforms;

· Researching potential contacts, interviewing candidates, and building a network of top-tier talent within their industry;

· Conducting and managing interview screenings to assess a candidate’s skills, competencies, and fit for the role (online and in-person); 

· Organizing and managing all open positions and recruitment activities; 

· Maintaining communication with candidates to keep them updated through the hiring process;

· Identifying new hiring sites and sources to enhance recruiting practices;

· Coordinating travel and project logistics as well as other administrative tasks;

· Conducting research and analysis on key topics of economic development, climate change, and investment for new business opportunities; and

· Additional relevant responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in related fields/sectors with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in international consulting and recruitment, preferably with an international consulting firm, NGO, or relevant organization. 

· Passion for economic development, environmental conservation, poverty alleviation, investment and entrepreneurship is essential.

· An interest in connecting people and strong networking and organizational abilities. 

· Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage timelines efficiently.

· Excel at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision. 

· Detail-oriented, paying special attention to each recruitment’s specific needs.

· Respect for compliance and confidentiality. 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Problem-solving mentality, with an ability to think quickly and shift gears.

· Strong negotiation skills and be able to close a deal with candidates.

· Highly adaptable, responsive, and able to prioritize tasks while working as a team, and able to speak and write professionally in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

· Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, etc.) and social media.

· Experience with professional networking and talent acquisition platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevAid, DevJobs, etc.
