Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi PROJECT COORDINATOR (ENGLISH SPEAKING) di perusahaan Work Elves Pte Ltd untuk domisili Jakarta Barat serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan ialah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami berikan cukup lumayan tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaising with clients to discuss and define their needs and requirements.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge around client’s businesses, products and services.
  • Serve as primary day-to-day support contact for key clients across Asia/Global.
  • Orchestrating small to large scale projects that range from low to high complexity.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided upon timeline, quality and budget requirements.
  • Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 
  • Aligned with a culture of excellence, aimed at consistently meeting stringent industry and customer specific quality standards.
  • Direct report to Senior Manager for Operations.

REQUIRED SKILL(S): 

  • Project Management, Client Relations, Leadership, Time Management, Risk Management, Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Age maximum 30 years old.
  • Excellent English Proficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Having Experience in Translation Company will be highly considered.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with minimum GPA 3.00 in English Literature / Management / Business / Information System / Communications / Medical Sciences or any field that related from a reputable university.
  • Having minimum TOEFL Score 600 / TOEIC Score 800 would be a definite advantage.
  • Having experiences Study Abroad / Overseas for Student Exchange Programme will be considered.
  • Computer Literate of Microsoft Office & Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive).
  • Honest, Good Attitude, Hard Working, Responsible, Discipline, Communicative, Creative.
  • Self-motivated and positive individual, with a keen interest towards learning and self-improvement.
  • Equally strong interest to put into practice acquired knowledge.
  • Highly organized, with a meticulous eye for detail and errors.
  • Able to prioritize work and multi-task, and to work well independently and as a team.
  • Keep a cool head and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Self-disciplined with good interpersonal and communication skills, loves collaborating with people.
  • Well-groomed and well-mannered.
  • Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success.
  • All works conducted in English
  • Full-Time Position.
