About the role

Stilt Studios, a dynamic construction company based in Bali, is seeking an experienced Project Controller to join their growing team. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless planning, scheduling, and execution of Stilt Studios’ construction projects. Leveraging your expertise in project management, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of our projects, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you’ll be doing

1. Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets to monitor progress and identify potential risks or delays

2. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, site supervisors, and procurement, to ensure timely delivery of projects

3. Analysing project data, providing regular progress reports, and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track

4. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing more efficient project management practices

5. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or queries

6. Supporting the tendering process by preparing cost estimates and project plans

7. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

What we’re looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar project control or planning role within the construction industry

2. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, cost control, and risk management

3. Proficiency in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify solutions

5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams

6. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to project delivery

7. Relevant degree or professional qualification in project management, construction, or a related field
