As the Project Control Manager, you will be assisting the project manager in overseeing project control, cost monitoring, planning, scheduling, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Description

• Support the project manager in maintaining overall project control, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic goals and objectives.
• Manage project budgets, meticulously tracking expenses to ensure cost control.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, identifying critical milestones and potential risks, and providing regular updates to the project manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Implement and uphold quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards, conducting necessary audits as required.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports for senior management, facilitating effective communication between the project team and stakeholders.
• Analyze project performance data and contract management to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Proactively assist the project manager in identifying and implementing preventive measures or corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project files.
• Utilize project management software and tools to streamline project control processes and enhance efficiency.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma
• At least 7 years of project controls experience
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant project control tools
• Demonstrated team leadership skills, with experience in cross-cultural management
• Familiarity with fundamental business principles in the palm oil refinery industry
• Knowledge of legal and contractual standards specific to the palm oil refinery sector in Indonesia
• Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in commercial management processes
