Responsbilities :

1. Guide and direct resolution of project difficulties and complex project control issues. Strong analytical skills required to review all project controls information and ensure accuracy as well as identify issues, concerns and potential mitigations
2. Interact with the Project Management team and Corporate management team and participate in regular project meetings. Gather information and prepare reports and presentations of information as needed on the project
3. Coordinate with cross functional team in project setting, ensure project controls team members are interfacing with engineering, procurement, contracts and construction on concepts and relationships to the scope of work and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
4. Oversees project baseline process for cost, schedule and progress and ensure all project systems are
5. Establish and manage project schedule development, review and update processes and to ensure accuracy and alignment with the overall master schedule.
6. Coordinating communication among project stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aware of current project status
7. Preparing status reports for management regarding project progress or problems with implementation

Job Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent; 
2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; 
3. Preferably 1- 4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent; 
4. SYSTEM SKILLS – Computer Skills, Design tools like ESRI Arc GIS, CRM Tools, Automatic Work Flow Tools, Google Earth, AutoCAD, Micro Station, Site Survey Tools; 
5. Good at for reporting, Excel,PPT, Make MOM
6. ENGINEERING SKILLS – Optimizing FTTH Design, FMIS, Route Selection, BOQ; Functions in an engineer or technical specialist capacity under general supervision. Performs all aspects of conventional outside plant (OSP) design engineering and analysis. Broadens knowledge and skill set in area of discipline. May start to expand knowledge in other disciplines and/or functional areas.
7. Language: Fluent English; and can coordinate with Customers, internal team and vendor.-Strong understanding of Primavera and with overall planning process and best practice on capital mining projects
