Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER di kantor PT Meindo Elang Indah untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Job Requirements :

Knowledge in the use of MS Project, Primavera Scheduling and on ERP applications would be advantageous.
Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Planning and project management skills.
Strong multitasking abilities.
A willingness to problem solve.
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Resilience – being able to handle complaints from Client.
The ability to work as part of a team
Be self-driven & pro-active
Proficient in English.
Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
Able to join immediately.
Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island (if needed).

Job Responsibilities :

To support the project manager with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
Ensuring the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project procedures, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
Prepare project status presentations, highlighting key accomplishments, risks and changes
Finalization of all Project Control Procedures as per the Project requirement.
Ensure that project controls processes are consistently applied across the project.
Manage the master program for the project/project schedule
Lead the project controls team and ensure proper implementation of Earned Value Management system, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects.
Ensure the timely submission of proforma invoice/work statement to Client and its approval as per the Project Control/Invoice Procedure.
Support the development of requirements for specific resource-loaded schedules and manpower planning.
Identify and communicate project risks, bottlenecks, trends, and critical path and develop mitigation plans
Execute schedule change management process and provide support for the change Orders and claims approval from the Client.
Provide assistance and advice in the management of claims and disputes.
Provide support to the Project Manager for the budget control and cash flow monitoring.
