What will you do?

• Develop and implement project controls processes for construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control. Project Control Manager must ensure that these processes are effective and appropriate for the specific project’s size, complexity, and scope.
• Monitor and control project costs, including developing budgets, tracking expenses, and analyzing cost variances.
• Monitor and control project schedule, including developing project schedules, tracking progress, and analyzing schedule variances. Project Control Manager can better manage project schedules by understanding the dependencies between different construction activities and the critical path of the project.
• Manage project risks, including identifying risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk mitigation measures.
• Ensure project quality, including developing quality control plans, monitoring quality, and ensuring that the project complies with the required quality standards.
• Communicate project status to project stakeholders, including the project management team, and other relevant department. Project Control Manager must ensure that project stakeholders are kept informed of the project status and any issues that may impact project performance.
• Lead the project controls team, including providing guidance and direction to team members and ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to meet project objectives. Project Control Manager must ensure that the project controls team is performing effectively and efficiently and that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver the project successfully.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or related field.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, project controls, and project management.
• Having experience and Knowledge in construction is a plus point
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
