Core Responsibities:

• Support Solution Architect during Proposal & WBS Development and coordinate with BD & SS
• Managing shared resources across all projects administered by the PMO;
• Identifying and developing project management methodology, best practices, and standards;
• Monitoring compliance with project management standards, policies, procedures, and templates by means of project audits, include but not limited to:
• Make sure all Project Manager and Project Teams follow documentation standard;
• Monitoring all project documents placed on Document Repository;
• Make sure Project Manager and Project Team create lesson learned for every completed project;
• Developing and managing project policies, guidelines, procedures, templates, and other shared documentation (organizational process assets);
• Handling and Monitoring Jumpstart and maintenance project.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of project management experience;
• 1+ years in a customer-facing environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project;
• Demonstrated experience guiding teams through successful project execution in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently;
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills;
• An innate ability to be flexible and adapt to organizational changes;
• Communication and presentation skills;
• Bachelor’s in business, education, planning, science, or related field, depending on position level;
• More recommended completed Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification;
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint;
• Understanding of Esri software;
• Experience in education/training, software development, or technical environment;
• Experience in Government Project.
