As Project Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, to delivery of Plant Construction projects. This role will lead a team of professionals with relevant functions from engineering, construction, and other related parties.

We are currently representing one of the leading Manufacturing Company in Indonesia which is expanding their business in the Chemical / Refinery Sector.

Description

• Manage all activities related to Plants construction works from beginning to the end including design, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
• Work with contractors, engineers, and key team members of the project team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and codes
• Provide support and input to several aspects of project process including material / equipment procurement, contracts, budget and cost control, risk management, and overall project management of construction works
• Monitor and prepare reports for all stakeholders regarding project status and progress to ensure projects are going according to plan including schedule, cost control, materials management, QC

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Preferably from a reputable university
• Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Project Management / Construction Management roles, with experience managing Chemical or Refinery plant construction project
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
• Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and risk management principles
• Familiar with relevant construction codes, construction procedures, health and safety standards, and management key points of the project
• Familiar with construction and project management software programs
• Willing to be placed on Project Site Area
