Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Project Admin di kantor PT GF Culinary untuk kota/kab Jakarta Utara atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Staf / Administrasi umum serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimal Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 4.600.000 - Rp 5.000.000.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and supervise every project work progress
  • Carry out administrative processes related to project operations
  • Make weekly reports for vendor performance evaluation
  • Ensuring the project runs well in accordance with the needs desired by the company
  • Make a report for the realization of project costs
  • Measuring and reporting on the project performance
  • Track expenses and predict future costs
  • Alert the project manager to issues as they arise
  • Monitor and manage company’s asset
  • Assist project manager in all administration functions and processes

Job Requirements:

  • Age maximum 28 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma from any mayor
  • Having at least 2 years experience in the same position
  • Experience in handling project documentation, inventory management, time management, and administration skills
  • Detail, Persistence, well organized and able to work under pressure
  • Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in Ms. Office
  • Placement : Pantai Indah Kapuk – North Jakarta
