Job Description:

Be the focal point planner to plan, organize, compile and control the MRO local & regional projects & work package, liaison with customer on MRO operation updates & manage internal various department for overall MRO planning in accordance with company, customer and airworthiness requirements. Lead the end to end process from Costing to Invoice/Billing and other functions as required by the Head of P&P.

– To be a point of contact for local CAMO & Regional customer
– To be a point of contact for regional country customer (within Asia Pacific)
– Do the Costing of maintenance schedule for approval from the Head of P&P and Head of Operations. Provide the forecasted aircraft inspection, routine & OTL/SLL spares and issuing Gantt Chart / milestone for planning purposes.
– Ensuring all projects are executed “on-time” and “on-cost
– To be CSM-customer support manager / front office to the customer & to be the focal point for the new customer / prospect for support & services in the region.
– Manage project / inspection / over & above of aircraft maintenance from initial to end for maintenance including workshop for blades, composite and etc.
– Create and update database for man hours productivity and efficiency, and manpower planning for on going and forecasted maintenance work.
– Prepare and issuing work pack for inspection, defect, retrofit, AD/SB and etc. for maintenance to perform the task. Call-out and compile the Work Pack based on the Aircraft Status List and Maintenance Forecast.
– Responsible to ensure the work package completely close with accurate information and monitoring the man hours for efficiency.
– Pre-plan the required resources such as parts, components etc and also the necessary supporting documents. *******, SBs, EOs.
– To perform resources requirement study and perform man hours compilation to assist for providing man hours quotation for potential check.

– To receive and account for the completed Work Pack and update the database and thereafter forward the Work Pack to Aircraft Management Section.
– Assist to prepare the check timeline and to update on daily basis before and during the check.
-To maintain close communication with Chief Engineer/Foreman/Project Leader in ensuring smooth implementation of planned work and target and to ensure issues are resolved accordingly.
– To monitor the check progress during production stage and arrange necessary coordination and support to Production.
– Conduct Customer Survey with customers after completion of maintenance work, when applicable.
– Carry out any other task as directed by the superior

Education:

– Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field.

Experience: 5-10 years of experiences in planning area. Aviation Industry preferred. Sound planning and good inter personal skills with internal staff and customers and vendors

Skills:
– A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power point & Project, SAP.
– Ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and international setting
– Strong communication skills and good command of written and spoken English
