As a Program Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful learning experiences supporting students throughout their learning journey.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and analyzing overall program performance to ensure the achievement of set goals and targets.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of relevant operational procedures for specific programs.
• Designing, generating, and analyzing data reports related to program performance.
• Interacting with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of programs.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness through process improvements and implementation of appropriate solutions.
• Providing analysis and recommendations to management to support decision-making related to programs and related operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management and Data Analytics
• Strong analytical skills are essential for this role to analyze program performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial for communicating with stakeholders, presenting findings, and writing reports.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines is important for success in this role.
• A high level of attention to detail is necessary for accurately analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
• The ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement process improvements is valuable in addressing challenges that arise in program operations.
• Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools is often required. Knowledge of database management and data visualization tools may also be beneficial.
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang area.
