This role will be based in Jakarta. This role will closely support our dealer financing business, and will be responsible for (i) the successful nationwide rollout of the GPS Tracking program during the implementation phase; and (ii) subsequent ongoing operations of the GPS Tracking program. This is a full-time role and the candidate will be required to work closely with the operations and business intelligence teams in Indonesia.

• Project management of the nationwide rollout of GPS Tracking program.
• Planning and management of inventory of GPS trackers and SIM cards.
• Develop an effective inventory management system for GPS trackers and SIM cards
• Close coordination with Procurement, Tech, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment / replacement / refurbishment of GPS trackers.
• Close support for Risk team, Command Centre, and Field Verificators to ensure the smooth execution of GPS Tracking operations.
• Management reporting of key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years’ working experience.
• Strong experience in project management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Good critical thinking and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong drive to solve problems and create impact.
• Resourceful, able to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Able to embrace change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
