We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to fill the positions of PVC (Screen-printing) Supervisor, Printing Supervisor, and Plastic Supervisor. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and leading teams to achieve production goals.

Job Qualifications

General Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma degree in Engineering or related field
2. Basic understanding of production processes, and equipment (Screen-printing, Printing, or Plastic)
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices
7. Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office
8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
9. Immediate availability
10. Willingness to work in Kendal, Central Java.

Specific Qualifications:

1. PVC (Screen-printing) Supervisor:
   • In-depth knowledge of screen-printing techniques and processes
   • Experience in managing screen-printing equipment and materials
   • Understanding of color theory and ink mixing
   • Ability to troubleshoot screen-printing issues and implement corrective actions
2. Printing Supervisor:
   • Expertise in various printing techniques (e.g., offset, digital, flexographic)
   • Knowledge of pre-press and post-press operations
   • Experience in managing printing equipment and materials
   • Strong understanding of color management and quality control
3. Plastic Supervisor:
   • In-depth knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, blow molding, extrusion)
   • Experience in managing plastic production equipment and machinery
   • Understanding of plastic material properties and quality standards
   • Ability to troubleshoot plastic production issues and optimize processes
