Job responsibilities:

1. Introduce, develop and implement all health & safety programs and implement them to all production employees and also responsible for communicating all information and
2. Ensuring, informing and implementing the 5S program in the work area to create a work environment productive and efficient.
3. Ensuring all main materials, supporting materials, equipment / machines are ready to carry out the process production and communicate any constraints that exist in this matter to the department concerned.
4. Positioning all production employees according to their skills/expertise so that each process runs better efficiently, and ensure that all production employees know the production process, job responsibilities encountered and work according to the SOP
5. Analyze and communicate any damage/constraints related to the production process with mechanical supervisors and plant managers to work together to find solutions so that they can minimize impact and downtime during production.
6. Ensuring the production process is in accordance with the schedule from DSC.
7. Ensuring the production process runs smoothly & produce the best quality goods that match- quality standards from the company before production results out of the plant.
8. Translate every instruction and regulation either directly from the plant manager or from the company for each production employee
9. Ensuring that the goods leaving the production area have been recorded, the amount, production date, and stack datethen check again with the yard checker or yard supervisor
10. Resolving any problems with employees whether it’s about low productivity, absenteeism, attitude( behaviour), discipline, violations and sanctions then communicate with the Plant Manager.
11. Establish good communication with subordinates. Receive input, complaints and problems fromemployees related to work then find the best solution to create itsolid collaboration/team work
12. Establish good communication between departments within the company
13. Ensuring that all work equipment/machines are properly maintained and every safety instrument works according to function.
14. Ensuring the achievement of overall performance (E2, E3, Dry reject, Wet reject, Material usage,Quality, Safety).
15. Make daily production reports and report them to the Plant Manager
16. Ensuring work locations, work equipment, electrical systems and all related components production is clean, stored shut down and safe to leave.

Job Requirements:

Maximum age 40 years

Minimum 3 years experience as Production Supervisor

Minimum D-3 Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering

Have strong leadership

Able to develop human resources under it

Able to make a work plan and problem solving it

Understand the production process and how to operate production machines

Result oriented product quality

Mastering Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) & Internet

Have good communication and presentation skills

Able to work with a team or with other departments

Understand ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14000:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007
