Requirement :
- Diploma or bachelor degree from technical/industrial engineering major (Mechanical, mechatronic)
- Experienced minimum 3 years working experiences
- Experienced in plastic industries will be preferred
- Fluent in English (can speak Japanese is preferable)
- Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
- Communication skill
- Able to use Microsoft office (word, excel and power point)
- Well understanding and implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001: 2015
Job Description :
- Control production process
- Ensure production targets achieved both quality and quantity
- Solving problem that related with production process
- Formulate strategies and policies related with production department with cooperation with the manager
- Manage subordinates
- Ensure the production process following the SOP
- Available placement: Cikarang & Cibitung
