• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the device assembly team to ensure efficient production operations.
• Provide clear instructions and guidance to assembly workers on work procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to production schedules, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Evaluate the performance of assembly workers, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Train new employees on assembly techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance activities.
• Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, propose and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of safety and compliance by enforcing safety regulations and promoting a clean and organized work environment.
• Resolve production-related issues, including equipment malfunctions, material shortages, and personnel conflicts.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, including productivity metrics, quality control data, and workforce performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to manual assembly techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, quality assurance, and logistics to optimize production processes and achieve overall business goals.

Requirements:

• High school/Bachelor’s degree / D3 or equivalent in Industrial Engineering; additional technical education or certification in manufacturing or production management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manual assembly related / factory with high number of operators (i.e.Cosmetics, Electronics, Garment).
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and other departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
• Able to work on shift whenever required
