Job Description :
- Responsible to increase production plan and production targets
- Monitor the production process and maintain work areas and equipments
- Make sure the production targets are achievable
- Evaluate and do the corrective actions for achieving the production targets
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Electrical Engineering
- Have a minimum 3 year experience in manufacturing industry prefered from automotive industry
- Passionate about building a career especially in manufacturing industry
- Ready to do fieldwork and work in shift
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong sense of leadership, adaptable and committed to excellence
- Willing to attend offline psychological testing in ADR Office – Bitung, Tangerang
- Willing to be Placed in Bitung, Tangerang
