About the role

A growing company engaged in the manufacturing industry of Pre-Fabricated Modular Steel Structures and Modular Wood Panels for use in cabins, villas, and eco-green resorts in Bali, located in Banyuwangi, East Java, is seeking PRODUCTION & PPIC STAFF (Supervisor/Assistant Manager).

What you’ll be doing

• Monitoring the production process and scheduling production batches based on inventory levels and production time, as well as coordinating with the On-Site Project (User).

• Creating production schedules and managing work orders, as well as estimating inventory/material planning and labor planning requirements.

• Create Production Planning based on Effectiveness and Efficiency Cost and Budget Material + Consumables + Labor + Overhead (M + C + L + OH) to formulate COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured).

• Create a procurement plan based on previous demand forecasts / Repeat Order.

• Monitoring inventory during the production process, goods stored in the warehouse, incoming and outgoing goods (FIFO LIFO, WIP) and Management of Reusable Waste Material.

• Schedule the production process according to the planned time, route, and quantity to expedite order fulfillment.

• Ensuring optimal machine productivity to prevent excessive or unused production machine usage.

• Resolving issues related to the production process through communication with other departments and sections.

• Analyze material and consumable requirements, capacity, and resources, and coordinate any necessary adjustments.

• Ensuring availability of raw materials and finished goods.

• Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to be submitted to the FAT and BOD using software and methods appropriate for the manufacturing industry.

• Together with the Factory Manager, Factory Accounting, and all elements of the Factory Department, implement resource efficiency and optimization.

• Developing and creating effective, simple, and easy-to-understand production methods and production planning systems for all departments based on the KAIZEN – Seiri – Seiton concept.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree. Mechanical Engineering, Woodworking Engineering, Industrial Engineering preferred.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in PPIC/PPC and Production, and 3 years at the Supervisor level in the Automotive, Plastic Industry, Woodworking, Steel Construction, and Prefab Building Industry (Non-F&B Industries).

• Excellent knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables), ODOO, Microsoft Project.

• Proficient in manufacturing and engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup) and able to read Working Drawings / Shop Drawings and DED (Detailed Engineering Drawings).

• Meticulous and accurate in work, with a strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain management.

• Skilled in creating and compiling presentations and production reports and production planning, as well as compiling cutting plans and cutting lists.

• Mastering ERP, MRP, RFQ, material planning systems, compiling BOM and BOQ, compiling aggregate planning, production monitoring & evaluation.

• Good skills in analyzing, planning, negotiating, and problem solving, as well as being PROACTIVE in operations to achieve company targets.

• A mature individual with good leadership skills, strong coordination, a sense of ownership, high concern (in business and operations), and interpersonal skills. Firm yet flexible in communication to advance a growing company.

• Understanding Quality Management Concepts: ISO 9001:2015, KAIZEN, Lean Manufacturing, and Understanding the Application of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and CPIs (Cost Performance Indexes).
