JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
• Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.
• Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize production delays.
• Coordinating production operations by material, labor, and equipment availability.
• Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
• Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
• Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management on time.
• Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• 3 or more years of experience in the similar position
• Have a good knowledge of the principle of production scheduling
• Excellent computer literacy (word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and communication skills, detail-oriented
• Work as a team member to solve problems.  
• Willing to be placed in Karawang
