Job Description :

• Develop and implement production plans to meet sales demand while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency
• Manage the inventory control process, including setting and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
• Lead a team of production planners and inventory control planner staff
• Collaborate with other departments
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to address issues or changes in demand
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identity areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Receiving order and collecting
• Communication with sales
• Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and historical data to create inventory plans
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstock situations
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely deliveries of materials or products
• Identify slow – moving or obsolete inventory control policies and procedures
• Work closely with production and supply chain teams to coordinate inventory movements

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Min Experience 3 years in the same position
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Min Experience 3 years in the same position and Several experience in production planning and inventory control, with a proven track record of leadership
• Proficiency in using Ms Office 
• Good communication in English ( oral and written)
