Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Production Planner (PPIC) di tempat usaha PT Lami Packaging Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Produksi, Perencanaan & Penjadwalan (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Organize production according to demand. Responsible for coordinating production workflow, as well as planning and prioritizing operations in a manner that guarantees maximum performance. Responsible of create daily blue envelope for production.

Job Responsibilities:

Must strictly observe the company’s safety regulations
Make production plan according to sales plan and material control verification
Coordinate the Management of raw materials and conduct inventory audits
Supervise MRO purchasing to balance material shortage/surplus
Use and improve ERP systems for streamline production scheduling and inventory management
Collaborate with production managers to ensure optimum productivity and timely completion of orders
Create and implement the “blue envelop” systems for carrying out and monitor production processes, quality and inventory control, logistics and material flow, and production coordination
Coordinate between the production program and production departments for on-time and in-full delivery of products
Timely tracking of raw materials and Finished goods shipments
Create production and planning KPI’s to aid effective decision-making in the organization
Improve Inventory and costing accuracy though BOM and routing accuracy

Job Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree major in logistics, business administration ,or any related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and inventory control
Knowledge and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Good understanding of production operations, Quality System Procedure and SOP’s
Good understanding of continuous improvement methods
Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) will be an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
