Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Manufaktur serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional. Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

About the Role:
Ensures dry blending, liquid blending and spray dry production plan for the work day of shift is achieved at the right quality by:
making sure all ingredients or materials prepared for each batch is same as written on the Batch Sheet, i.e., type of ingredients or materials, part code, lot number, quantity.
following supervisor instructions all the time in order to achieve production goals
assist the blending / packing / downpacking / filling sections as may be called for by team leader or supervisor.
working extended hours in normal working day, or public holiday when production plan would require.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for reporting to supervisors 10 minutes ahead of time to work for work briefing by the supervisor on duty in respect to work to be done for the shift
· Comply with and implement GMP practices at all times as required
· Must check and acknowledge every single batch sheet after finish batching.
· Any variances in Batch Sheet and ingredients / materials must be reported to supervisor.
· Record the right material quantity in the Batch Sheet and ensure quantity use are same as per Process Order or as per instruction by the supervisor. Must always ensure materials are coming from the correct buffer or storage tank
· Record the lot number, colour, quantity, flavours, acid and other material or ingredients used in the Batch Sheet.
· Always follow the instruction from Batch Sheet unless there is a change from the supervisor.
· Follow the Dry blend, Downpack, Wet Mix Production Schedule’s Cleaning In Place (CIP) procedure.
· Refer to SOP Mixing Work Instruction when preparing the chemical for CIP and fill in the CIP Checklist to ensure every cleaning step is implemented.
· Maintain Hygiene Standards set by the company and ensure actions are aligned to HACCP practice.
· Continuous Improvement: To actively participate in continuous improvement activities of the company.
· Quality: To ensure all works are done correctly, clearly and in good presentation.
· Health & Safety: To ensure personal health, work and equipment safety are taken cared at all the times.
· Internal and External Customer: Understands the need of his work colleagues and the end-use customer.
Qualifications & Skills
· High school graduate or relevant Vocational course level
· 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
Competencies Required:
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Independent, resourceful and able to take pressure under fast pace work environment
· Possess leadership quality with excellent organization and problem solving skills
· Proactive with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
· Strong technical, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
