The Production Manager will lead the Sewing, Cutting, Packing, Technical, and Industrial Engineering (IE) teams within the factory to ensure the efficient production of garments that meet customer quality, timeliness, and quantity expectations.

Description

• Lead and manage the Sewing, Cutting, Packing, Technical, and Industrial Engineering (IE) teams to ensure a productive, efficient, and positive work environment aligned with the Factory’s operating plan.
• Oversee garment production processes, ensuring that customer specifications regarding quality, timeliness, and quantity are met within cost and performance expectations.
• Implement and monitor production systems such as 7 Mudas / 7 Wastes, Six Sigma, and other best practices for operational excellence.
• Analyze production documents (e.g., MO, OPN) and ensure accurate and timely execution of production orders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, provide leadership, and foster an environment of collaboration and growth through effective training, problem-solving, and team-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with all country, customer, and company policies, including ethical standards, codes of conduct, and environmental considerations.
• Facilitate open communication across all levels of the production team, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

Profile

• Degree in any major, preferably Industrial Engineering or Production Management (Textile & Apparel).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• In-depth knowledge of sewing processes in the garment industry, especially underwear.
• Ability to read and understand production documents (MO, OPN, etc.).
• Expertise in garment production processes.
• Understanding of business analysis related to production.
• Familiarity with production management systems (e.g., 7 Mudas / 7 Wastes, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
