About the role
As the Production Manager at PT Cahaya Jakarta, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. In this full-time position based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s production and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demands and organisational goals
- Manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor and analyse production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure seamless production processes
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree Technical graphic, Engineering, Operations Management Production, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong technical understanding of production processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in data analysis and using production management software
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
