Butuh cepat!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Production Manager di kantor PT Autochem Industry untuk daerah Jawa Barat atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Manufaktur serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang kita inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 15.000.000.

Job Description
1. Planning and Organizing:
a. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to
meet production goals and customer demands.
b. Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials,
to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.
c. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering,
and quality control, to ensure smooth production flow.
2. Production Operations Management:
a. Supervise and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians, and
operators to ensure adherence to production targets, quality standards,
and safety regulations.
b. Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and
implement corrective actions to optimize productivity and minimize
downtime.
c. Implement and maintain effective production systems, procedures, and
controls to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
d. Continuously evaluate and improve production methods and processes to
enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Quality Assurance:
a. Collaborate with the quality control department to establish and maintain
quality standards and inspection procedures.
b. Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process production, and finished
goods to ensure compliance with specifications and customer
equirements.
c. Investigate and resolve quality issues or non-conformities, implementing
corrective and preventive measures as necessary.
4. Staff Development and Training:
a. Recruit, train, and develop production staff, providing guidance, coaching,
and performance feedback.
b. Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and
employee engagement.
c. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training
programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
5. Health and Safety:
a. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe
working environment.
b. Conduct risk assessments, implement safety procedures, and provide
training to employees on safe work practices.
c. Investigate accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions to
prevent recurrence.
Job Requirement:
- Willing to work at our company group : PT Arti Kraft Indonesia, Jl. Raya Rajapolah RT 002 RW 003 Desa Dawagung, Kecamatan Rajapolah Tasikmalaya Jawa Barat
- S1 Degree in Industrial Engineering (Preferred) 25-35 years old
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a production manager
- Good management skills
- Advanced knowledge PPIC, Production Process, and Machinery
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, strong analytical skills
- Communicative and fluent in English
- Able to work in a team to finish jobs before deadline
- Must move and live in Tasikmalaya
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and lean manufacturing concepts.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient in using production management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
