About The Company:

• The working venue is in Semarang.
• Our client is a Label company. Currently, they are looking for Production Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and control production results.  
• Manage execution of site improvement plans, help set production improvement goals, ensure priorities and accountabilities, provide resources and problem solve.
• Analyze and plan long-term strategic change and improvement for multiple teams/shifts. 
• Lead significant projects & improvement initiatives, including scheduling and planning, budgeting and control on assigned production lines.  
• Design and implement production improvement strategies for safety, cost, quality, training, inventory and services.
• Oversee all health and safety procedures, ensuring employee safety and lead a safe operation of the business unit and comply with legal, legislative and corporate safety requirements.
• Ensure team members meet site goals and objectives in the establishment of sites’ annual production plans.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the ordering and distribution of products, parts, and accessories. 
• Ensure adequate and timely distribution to attain maximum sales potential consistent with good inventory control.
• Ensure tracking and use of KPI to promote improved operational and business results.
• Train and provide development opportunities for staff and ensure annual goals are complete and communicated. 
• Perform management duties, exercising usual authority concerning staff, performance appraisals, promotions and terminations. 
• Estimate personnel needs, assign work, meet completion, interpret and ensure consistent application of company policies.
• Lead and influence team members to partner together to achieve individual and business goals.
• Ensure maximum efficient production of facilities and equipment, as well as the care of all grounds and support equipment.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise machine and/or building maintenance schedules and activities.
• Coordinate all ordering of parts and services that will maintain or improve the machine/facility cost effectively.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Conversational English proficiency (able to coordinate with regional management regarding projects in English).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Production Manager from garment/apparel/label industry.
• Experienced and knowledge of modern manufacture, material flow and improvement strategies (ELS, continuous flow, cellular).
• Currently residing in Central Java.
• Excellent leadership and management skill, good strategical thinking, good communication, good interpersonal skill.
• Preferably able to join in short notice.
