Lowongan Kerja Cimanggis Posisi Production Maintenance Manager di PT Bayer Indonesia

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all activities (repair, maintenance, calibration, and retrofit programs), ensuring budget effectiveness and on-time service, and ensuring compliance with GxP and HSE regulations as well as Bayer regulations (Corporate Directives, Bayer Group Standards, Best Practices, and Technical Standards) related to on-site production and packaging equipment for all technical aspects from upstream to downstream in Value Stream Organization cluster A including control data acquisition and electrics.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinated team to perform Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Calibration efficiently. Lead the team in 3 shifts.
• Support the onboarding, implementation and monitoring of Autonomous Maintenance program as per the site maintenance strategy.
• Ensure any necessary actions for aspects: change management, deviation, safety review, etc., are initiated and followed up.
• Collaborate with Vendors on equipment maintenance contracts, spare parts, delivery and technical assistance.
• Responsible for development and training for the team. Review and set annual objectives for the development of team knowledge and skills. Plan and conduct recruitment, rotation and job expansion for them.
• Responsible for all Preventive Maintenance related activities including calibration to maintain continuous supply of products on demand. Ensure schedule compliance for all maintenance and calibration activities.
• Responsible for the compliance of production and packaging equipment with GxP and HSE regulations and Bayer regulations (Corporate Directive, Bayer Group Standard, Best Practice, and Technical Standards).
• Ensure and take accountability of all control data acquisition and electrics systems from upstream to downstream lines in all machines in the Value Stream Organization Cluster A area.

WHO YOU ARE

Education

• Preferable as electrical / mechanical / mechatronics engineer

Relevant experiences

• Min have experience in pharmaceutical industries
• 3 – 4 years Have work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry for at least 4 years
• Have experience as responsible for the maintenance of production and packaging systems with Control Data Acquisition and Electrics technology for at least 2 years.
• Experience in Capital Expenditure (CapEx) project implementation.
