The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of modular cabins at Bobobox. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the production process runs smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule, while maintaining the highest level of quality standards. The Production Lead’s primary duties include managing the production team, scheduling production runs, monitoring production progress, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times.

Additionally, the Production Lead is responsible for ensuring that all necessary materials and supplies are ordered and available for the production process.

Things you will do

• Coordinating production activities including operating machines, cutting, assembly, and packaging.
• Monitors the output of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment of modular cabins. They keep track of the production process and make sure that it is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Resolving any issues or delays that arise in the production line. They identify problems and work with the production team to find solutions to ensure that the production process stays on schedule.
• Ensures that safety rules and production procedures are strictly followed in the production line. They maintain a safe working environment for the production team and ensure that all team members are trained on safety procedures and regulations.

• Degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering required
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred
• Understand and be able to implement Lean Manufacturing
• Have an experience to lead the team members
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, detailed oriented, analytical thinking
• Willing to be placed in Bandung (Cigondewah)
