Experience Requirements :

• Age max. 35 Years
• 8 – 10 years of experience in Assembly or Parts Fabrication Process (painting, sheet metal stamping, plastic injection heat exchanger process),
• Experience in Japanese manufacturing company (Air Conditioner manufacturer is preferable),

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering Field,
• Good Communication in English,
• Japanese Speaking ability is preferable,
• Strong knowledge of production process and machinery,
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawing and machinery,
• Proficient in computer program such as Excel, power point, Word, Auto-CAD, etc.

Scope Of Responsibilities / Job Description :

• Supervise and coordinate activity with team for machine specification, installation, process preparation and archive quality, delivery, cost, safety, regulation, etc,
• Supervise engineer team to follow company policy, rule & regulation,
• Make and follow up action plan, project schedule and budget control with team,
• Monitoring and report to higher position that concern process preparation and control,
• Promote Kaizen activity, 5S, Safety, Health and Environment activity.
