Dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Production Engineer di kantor Pt Ecooils Jaya Indonesia untuk kota/kab Dumai & Riau atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan ialah Rekayasa Proses (Teknik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Requirements:

Minimum S1 majoring in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as Engineer, Executive or SPV in Refinery, Oleochemical or Solvent Extraction Plant.
Have received management and leadership training.

Job Descriptions:

Assist production department daily basis and monitoring three shift supervision activities, close co-ordination with shift supervisors on shift activities and production planning.
Monitor process parameters and analyze the variation, discuss with superior whenever is beyond the set limits and provide clear reason. Make sure parameters reach to normal operating level with guidance of superior.
Make sure all SOPs, check list, check sheet, corrective action, preventive action and deviations are well documented as per requirement of IMS.
Make sure plant activities such as daily activities, routine activities, preventive maintenance and shutdown have been executed as per EcoOils safety standard, associated risk is well mitigated with guidance from the superior.
Monitor and control GHG of assigned area.
Ensure routine samples are being take correctly and analysis have been done in Laboratory and any deviation to be discussed with superior.
Ensure the subordinate executing all the activities as per SOPs, especially safety related requirement like PTW, LOTO, TBM permits closure according to operation performance management standard.
Take note any unsafe activity in work area by stop the work if required and bring the issue to the Management team.
Follow HSSE Golden Rules, comply, intervene and respect and Life Saving Rules.
Follow the MOC guidelines when any MOC to be arise.
Consumption to be monitor and control by making weekly report and discuss the corrective action with the superior.
Leadership role on monitoring full day plant activities and ensuring the smooth handover of shifts and manpower allocation in all shifts.
Routine plant rounds, findings on unsafe acts, and if any abnormal operations, identifies the issues and resolve them. Good knowledge on plant preventive maintenance, hands on experience on troubleshooting and emergency breakdowns.
Managing day to day plant operations, analysis on production down time, implement 5S in work place and plants. Daily plant report preparation, tank farm management, inventory control for raw material/Chemicals and preparing monthly statistics report. Control on chemical usage and weekly review, preparing ident for the chemicals and critical spares parts. Monitoring inventory for the same.
Encouraging the staff on plant safe operations techniques and assisting them to make operations smooth in terms of helping on trouble shooting, site inspection, and process modification.
Assist the plant operations during routine maintenance and annual shutdown. Advance action plan preparation for schedule maintenance and manpower distribution.
Monitor process parameters and analyze data to achieve production budgets.
Active contribution in leading department related to integration management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
Provide advice on safety and health related in plant to ensure zero accident, unsafe act, unsafe condition.
Prepare / revise risk assessment of the plant operation related to process safety.
Involve in process improvement to enhance company profit and ensure day to day operation implementing performance standard such as SOSO, LOTO, MOC, LOLC, and etc.
Involve in project related to plant operation and lead the team on the commissioning of the project.
Active participant in HRGA and HSSE program from time to time.
Any additional task given by the superior.
