We are seeking a talented Production Assistant Manager to lead our oncology production team and drive operational excellence at our state-of-the-art facility in Cikarang.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Production Management:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Supervise the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment and facilities.

2. Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure production processes adhere to CPOB or GMP standards, with a focus on oncology production requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of product quality and compliance.

3. Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage the production and packaging teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Address and resolve any issues related to team performance, discipline, and productivity.

4. Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
• Investigate and resolve any deviations or incidents in the production process.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and review production reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Report production performance, issues, and improvements to senior management.

6. Safety and Maintenance:

• Ensure that all production and packaging operations are conducted safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Oversee the preventive maintenance and repair of production facilities and equipment.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

1. Education:

• Professional Pharmacist (Certified Pharmacist preferred).

2. Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager in solid dosage oncology production, or 2 to 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in oncology.

3. Knowledge:

• In-depth knowledge of CPOB or GMP standards related to oncology production.

4. Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively lead teams in manufacturing and packaging.

5. Certification:

• Active Pharmacist license is preferred.
