PT. Aneka Tuna Indonesia is one of the most prominent tuna processing companies in Indonesia providing the best tuna quality for decades. Location in Gempol Pasuruan East Java. Now seeking potential candidates to fill for Production Assistant Manager (Food Manufacture)

General Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degrees or Master’s Degrees of Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Fisheries, BioTech
• Experience at least 3 years in Manufacturing / Production process

Skill Competency:

• Experience in the field of Quality Engineering / Product Engineering / Product Development
• Preferred from manufacturing food industry
• Have an understanding implementation of Supply Chain, QCC, TQM, Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM, GMP, HACCP, BRC, FSSC
• Fluent in English (oral & written)
• Good in Ms Office, Auto CAD, etc

Job Description

• Direct and control the company’s production
• Oversee all operating processes to ensure that the most efficient and effective
• Monitor output to ensure that production meets the established standards
• Maintain regular contact with other departments
• Provide advice and support to other departments
• Plan, introduce, and monitor maintenance and work schedules to ensure that machine downtime is kept to a minimum
• Monitor and review all engineering processes, documentation, tools, plant to ensure that these operate effectively and are appropriate to meet production targets.
• Review and evaluate any new equipment and processes to ensure that they meet production requirements.
• Review the engineering process and cost implications of proposed new products.
• Recommend any necessary changes to engineering processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and product quality.
• Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of production engineering to ensure that the company continues to apply the most effective processes and equipment
• Direct and control staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Maintain an awareness of technical developments in the industry to ensure that the company has up-to-date and relevant information.
• Maintain close links with other departments and internal clients to ensure that the appropriate products are developed to meet customer needs.
• Provide advice to managers and employees on all matters related to new product development.
