The Role

• Provide Technical support and guidence to General Industry customer either virtual or physicaly
• Collaborate with Product and Service Division for product and technical supprt requrment to resolve equipment issues and concern

• Enhance good working relationships with all key accounts in the area,

• Continuously improve job required competence, personality, and behavior

• Cooperate with service, project and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction,

• Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations
• To diagnose problematic and inefficient performance of all Atlas Copco power tools products and take appropriate action to rectify performance
• To determine and undertake all necessary preventative maintenance on all power tool products
• To generate technical reports
• To carry out pre delivery testing and inspection of tools as appropriate prior to delivery / site installation
• To incorporate Flexible attitude to working out of normal as and when required
• Keep effective interaction with other function (such as Service, project and sales) to setup and optimize the cross functional processes

Educational requirements

– Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in the Industry.

Experience requirements

– Excellent sales record from a similar position selling high quality products to Industrial users

– Understanding of territory management

– Manufacturing or Automation sales experience, although not essential, will be well regarded

– Having a passion in mechanical and electrical subject

– Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with both customers and colleagues

– Ability to work individually and as part of a team

– Self-motivated and a able to work with flexible working time

– Good engineering skills, with 1-2 years experience in an Engineering environment is a plus
