Purpose of the Role:

The Product Specialist is responsible for monitoring all aspects of the product lifecycle, including development and marketing strategies. They analyze the competitive marketplace and industry trends to generate revenue and establish pricing strategies. Additionally, they address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. The Product Specialist also coordinates with engineering and manufacturing teams during product development and supports the marketing team in developing sales strategies. Staying updated with product knowledge, business flow, sales processes, and market dynamics is crucial in this role.

Expectations of the Role:

• Product Specialist for aesthetic product and is primarily responsible for developing product strategy and managing the activities of assigned channels, to achieve targeted sales and profit.

• Develop and implement a business/sales plan for assigned channels.

• Actively manage the relationship of Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Provides channels partners with the support & information needed to facilitate their commercial and marketing effectiveness.

• Create appropriate marketing materials for the related Product Segments and provide training to the Sales Team, Channel Partners, Key Accounts and relevant customers in Indonesia.

• Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on relevant Guidance Solutions products, techniques, applications and tender support.

• Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecasts for partner to ensure a constant flow of information business (Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities).

• Maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments and ensure that this information is collected and made available to the sales team.

• Deploy resources to meet financial / operating objectives including orders, revenue, contribution margin and base cost control.

Attributes Required:

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree any major, preferably Business, Sales, Marketing

• Minimum of 2 years as Product Specialist (Experiences in Aesthetic Area – Derma Product or Medical Device)

• Have good skills in marketing activity, including strategic selling and negotiation, or product marketing or related field

• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages (both with internal parties or external)

• Willing to be placed in Makassar.

• Operate Ms. Office well (Analyze & Report)

• Good presentation skill (Product Knowledge & Product Selling)
