Telah dibuka lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Product Research and Support di tempat usaha MAKA Motors untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Day to Day Activities:

Define priorities, manage roadmap plans and report to upper management by leading the product roadmap definition and its execution
Stay intimately familiar with the present motorcycle hype and its competitors.
Along with the Go To Market team to execute user research and turn it into user stories for each of the earliest product stage
Create product/feature solution by identifying opportunities and pain points
through market/user research and analysis
Perform discovery interviews with prospective & existing customers to identify product gaps and generate new ideas for continuous value add for existing customers, grow market share for new customers & overall improve customer experience
Along with Go To Market team to define product definition and product positioning after research and user stories stage
Communicate with the vehicle integration team to generate vehicle pre-concept, which includes an overview of vehicle requirements and packaging
Envision future technology, analyst what happened in the previous product release.
Analysing and processing data to be interpreted in report format and statistics which are informative and easily understood.
Propose and develop future products to meet market needs and maximise sales/profit objectives by analyst competitive strengths and weaknesses of the current product, including (getting to root cause): price, features, quality, customer satisfaction with the product
Work with the vehicle integration team to troubleshoot any of the problems.
Provide proper documentation for all activities

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in business, operation management, computer science, automotive engineering (mechanical/electronic) or a comparable discipline.
Have 3 – 5 years minimum of experience and expertise in working within Automotive OEM, priority experience in product planning or market research.
Excellent communication skills, presenting, pitching ideas.
Sophisticated analytical and conceptual skills.
Has deep understanding of the Indonesian market and is a motorcycle user themselves.
Comfortable working with technical teams and getting into technical details.
Able to work with a team.
Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment under minimum guidance.
Strong understanding about quantitative research, competitive analysis and consumer insight.
