About the Role :
Ensure that the product being developed meets market needs and is required to act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team
What Will You Do :
1.Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
2. Manage the product backlog: Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with the product vision. Break down high-level features into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful delivery of products.
4. Manage stakeholder expectations: Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmaps to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members. Manage expectations and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
6. Conduct regular product reviews and communicate product updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
7. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external clients.
8. Drive product quality and performance: Define and maintain quality standards for the product, ensuring it meets user expectations and business requirements. Conduct thorough testing and validation to identify and address any issues or defects.
9. Lead sprint planning and review meetings: Participate in sprint planning sessions to define sprint goals, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively. Conduct sprint reviews to demonstrate completed work and gather feedback from stakeholders for continuous improvement.
What we are looking for :
1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology is a plus.
2. T-shaped personality, a good understanding of technology, business, UI/UX, and data, with a strong understanding in one of those areas
3. Minimum 2 years experience in Agile Product Management; experience in Scrum methodology is a plus point.
4. Data-driven, excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills
5. Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
6. Self-driven and eager to learn.
7. Good teamwork skills to work with cross-function teams
8. Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
9. Previous startup experience is a plus.
