About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Owner to join our growing team. As a Product Owner, you will become the go-to person for all internal products management. Collecting all feature requests from several stakeholders within the company and working with the stakeholders to prioritize these requests and collaborate with Product Manager to establish the roadmap. You also organize business testing, feedback loops, and delivery of the outcomes and maintain documentation of all specifications, requirements, tickets and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, objectives, and priorities.
• Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and mockups to communicate product requirements effectively.
• Continuously gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to refine and improve the product.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, ensuring that development efforts align with product goals.
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams, addressing questions, providing clarifications, and resolving issues related to the product.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
• Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Prepare Product for final release including final rounds of testing, approval gathering and final release processes.
• Prepare regular progress updates. Work with the team to prepare regular progress updates to support to stakeholders and IT management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in information Technology.
• 7+ years commercial experience with Product development
• Experience in product requirements, analysis and specifications
• Experience in AGILE product development
• Background as software developer
• Good understanding of development strategies and testing methods
• Good understanding of UX principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with project management and bug tracking software i.e. JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket
• Main working language will be English, so advanced written and spoken English is a must!
