Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup lumayan tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Job description & requirements

Product owner that will handle direct squad and development rituals. Expected to plug & play, manage the loan management system platform with internal squad & external partners. 

Squad Responsibility will be to analyze and deliver business initiatives to support the growth of Tunaiku and AmarBank. Being proactive to spot the problems and deliver lean solutions to solve them. Never afraid to ask WHY before executing. Mentorship – you will be guided by the best in the industry to help you get started.

Responsibilities:

Alignment to company’s vision, objective & key result

Work side by side on Product Strategy & Prioritization together with Risk & Business Owner & Customer Platform Product Owner

Have a vision of the platform development and execute on it

Product Cost Management (Buy or Make Decision, Cost Inform)

Manage internal & external IT development team to ensure product delivery according to plan

Monitor, analyze and report on key system reliability metric

Develop, own and execute based on prioritized business needs

Generate and translate product ideas into detailed requirements

Communicate with third parties to deliver smooth integration process

Working with an international development team based in EU

Requirements:

Min 2 years experienced as PO/Product manager

Excellent English oral and written with great listening skill

Experience managing operation/internal/core digital banking/fintech/e-commerce system

Great understanding of Agile methodologies

Comfortable working in complex and fast-paced environment

Able to deeply understand the data and make decision based on that

Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.

Bonus point if:

Experience with loan management services

Knowledge of Fraud Prevention and credit scoring

Knows Indonesian Banking & Fintech Market
