Job Description:

• Working closely with any Creative Lead (UI, UX and copywriter) in the Team.
• Daily meetings with the team to make sure all projects in production are well defined.
• Going over the data received from current running projects, study the data and improve the company’s assets towards future projects and tweak ongoing projects.
• Coordinate internal resources of product team in order to develop product based on Stakeholder, User, and other request to reach flawless execution of product development.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and resource based.
• Assist in the definition of product scopes by defining user and system requirement for product, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress to Head of Product Owner, User, Stakeholders.
• Agile to manage changes in terms of product scope, product schedule, and product resource using reasonable argument and techniques.
• Measure product development performance using appropriate tools and techniques based on each project goals.
• Report and escalate to Stakeholder, User, or other request as needed. Direct Report to Head of Product Owner.
• Successfully manage and maintain the relationship with the internal especially with Creative Team, Business Analyst/Data Analyst and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize product risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation based on requirements in every sprint.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate from a reputable university is preferable. Having interest in Product Management or Management Consulting. Knowledge and/or in tax sector is a plus.
• Having an IT/Statistic/Industrial/Product/Management/Tax education background is preferable.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain a product, Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal contacts, and ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet deadlines.
• An idea generator. Comfortable with challenging status quo, creative, and possessing the grit to drive ideas to fruition.
• Passionate about your user needs and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors.
• A strong drive to make things happen! Can-do attitude!
• Comfortable working in a face-paced environment and agile software development process.
• Familiar with product documentation and tools in product development Jira, Figma, Confluence or any similar tools.
