This is an exciting opportunity with competitive Salary for a truly experienced Engineers/Consultant to join our growing engineering team that develops a full-stack website product.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Keep up-to-date with the industry trends to allow for a state-of-the-art product and feature design.
• Do a deep product discovery and business research to understand what users need and provide solution guidance as required to meet those needs.
• Translating the product problem and business requirement into feature set and feasible product solution.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and objective key result.
• Own full life-cycle of product design and solution with work closely with Business stakeholder and Development team.
• Ensure objective key result of the product(s) are delivered.
• Discussion with user and define product backlog along with acceptance criteria.
• Creating and maintaining good practices of user stories, product requirement document.
• Developing and clearly communicating the product goal and product Backlog items to Scrum Team.
• Scope and prioritize activities and product backlog items based on business and customer impact.
• Fostering product mindset instead of project mindset within the Scrum Team and the organization.
• Maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team and make sure it’s aligned with the product vision.
• Daily reporting to The Head of IT

RERUIREMENT :

• Bachelor degree or above and min 3 years of work experience as product owner or product manager
• Having at least PSPO1 certification
• Experience in managing large-scale product design and solution in multi-team
• Strong understanding of end-to-end product design, development and delivery process/Lifecyle
• Strong understanding of lean product process
• Having problem solving skill, strong critical and analytical thinking
• Strong self-drive, sense of responsibility, execution, good coordination and communication skills with ability to influence
• Understanding of design quality standards
• Able to use UI mockup or sketch tools
• Good understanding in gaming will be preferred
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum
