Job description & requirements

What you will do

Currently, we are looking for the position of Product Operations. In general, you will help to optimizes the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.

• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing product data to help PMs make informed decisions
• Streamlining communication between the product teams and other teams in the organization
• Standardizing business processes, such as planning and reporting, to facilitate product development
• Promoting product innovation by creating seamless experimentation processes
• Overseeing product quality assurance and identifying product improvement opportunities
• Supporting Sales and Product Marketing to sharp go-to-market strategies and improve customer experience

Requirements and qualifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, design, engineering, or equivalent
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Good administrative skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of fundamental concepts, procedures, and practices to build a product with agile practice
• Ability to remove friction and drive collaboration
• Interest in creating social impact through Indonesia’s education

CAKAP offers a solution for everyone who wants to speak other languages and learn more about different cultures. We reinvent language learning experience by providing an online platform for students and teachers; the idea is for you to study anywhere and everywhere.
